Deine Challenge

Du übernimmst die Verantwortung für den Rechnungseingangs- und Freigabeprozess.
Du kümmerst Dich eigenständig um die Kreditorenbuchhaltung und sorgst mit gründlicher Kontrolle für korrekte Ergebnisse.
Du bist zuständig für die Abstimmung und Verbuchung von Bankbuchungen.
Du behältst den Überblick über unsere Anlagenbuchhaltung und hältst alles auf dem neuesten Stand.
Du erstellst, prüfst und übermittelst die Umsatzsteuervoranmeldungen (UVA) und die Zusammenfassenden Meldungen (ZM) für Deutschland und die Schweiz.
Du verantwortest die Erstellung von Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen.
Du stehst in engem Austausch mit unserem Steuerberater, dem Finanzamt und unseren Banken.

Dein Talent

Du überzeugst mit deiner Hands-on-Mentalität, einer positiven Einstellung und Deiner Teamfähigkeit.
Du hast eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise als Finanzbuchhalter, Steuerfachangestellter, oder bringst eine vergleichbare Qualifikation mit.
Du bringst erste praktische Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position mit und fühlst dich in einem sich stetig wandelnden Umfeld wohl.
Du bist IT-affin, unterstützt gern digitale Prozesse und hast idealerweise Erfahrung mit DATEV oder vergleichbaren Programmen.
Du beherrschst Deutsch und Englisch fließend in Wort und Schrift.

Your challenge

You take responsibility for the invoice receipt and approval process
You will independently take care of accounts payable and ensure correct results with thorough checks
You are responsible for the reconciliation and posting of bank bookings
You maintain an overview of our asset accounting and keep everything up to date
You will prepare, check and submit advance VAT returns (UVA) and recapitulative statements (ZM) for Germany and Switzerland
You will be responsible for preparing monthly and annual financial statements
You will liaise closely with our tax advisor, the tax office and our banks

Your talent

You impress with your hands-on mentality, positive attitude and ability to work in a team
You have completed commercial training, ideally as a financial accountant or tax clerk, or have a comparable qualification
You have some practical work experience in a comparable position and feel comfortable in a constantly changing environment
You are IT-savvy, enjoy supporting digital processes and ideally have experience with DATEV or comparable programms
You are fluent in written and spoken German and English
